Thank you to Jon and the staff at Valley Auto!!! This was THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I recently purchased a Chevrolet Suburban from John and it's a beauty! He is honest and diligent and always had my best interest in mind....try to find THAT elsewhere!!! The purchasing and paperwork could not have been more seamless! You could buy a used car anywhere,but why would you? The entire family loves our "new to us"truck and it's so clean and solid,no doubt it will be around for a good long time....and so will Valley Auto. I highly recommend them for sales and service! To date, Jon and his team have a 5-star rating with 30 reviews, which is unheard of. After my experiences, I know why. At first, I was slightly suspicious to purchase a car through an individual dealer. However, Jon quickly earned himself a life-long customer. In addition to never feeling pushed or pressured, he went above and beyond. For the bank to sign-off on my car loan I needed my father to co-sign. My father lives out of state, and dealing with the DMV, my insurance company, and the bank were a nightmare… but not for me. Jon dealt with my insurance company and the bank; he even had one of his employees wait in line at the DMV for four hours on a Friday afternoon to ensure the successful completion of my paperwork. He made a stressful process completely stress-free, and now I’m driving a Volvo that I love. My spouse and I will be purchasing a second car here in a few months, and we’ll absolutely be returning—we trust Jon and the folks at Valley Auto implicitly.

Purchased a 2013 Audi. Absolutely a great experience and so happy with my new car. Jon took care of everything making the process very smooth and easy. Price was extremely fair and certainly less than the dealer's. After years of leasing quite upscale vehicles I think owning is the way to go! Have told all my friends about Valley Auto and would recommend them to everyone. Certainly will purchase here again.

We have bought four different vehicles from Valley Auto. Whether it was my wife buying a minivan or my son buying his first car, or when I needed a car, the experience was very positive. We were all treated fairly and were very comfortable with the "car buying experience". We would definitely recommend Valley Auto for anyone in the family needing a vehicle. Also, their service is outstanding. We take our cars there for ongoing maintenance and they are fair and reasonably priced. They do not recommend services that are not needed (unlike many dealerships) and will work with you to keep your car running smoothly.

Jon and Ben worked hard to get my wife and I an SUV right to spec and within our budget. We gave them a two month flexible time range expecting a wait, and they delivered a great car detailed and full tank of gas within a week of first meeting with them. Great customer service, very responsive and trustworthy. We will be repeat customers.

I was able to get a great car (2014 Infiniti Q50s with only 10k miles!) from Valley Auto, thanks to the hard work of Jon and his staff. He worked with me to find just the right car within the right budget without any hassles. I find them to be very responsive in their communications and their service is top notch. They handled all the dmv details and my car was delivered fully detailed and with a full tank of gas. Couldn't have been easier, and at a great price. I have recommended them to many friends and have used them myself many times. I would never consider going anywhere else.

My husband just bought a car from Valley Auto and his comment was "wow, this was so easy..." We just told him exactly what we wanted, Jon searched around and found exactly that. Then their customer service team made all the paper work seamless and EASY. I also purchased a car a while ago from here, another great experience, and I really liked his mechanic. His cars are top notch, great quality and not overpriced. 5 stars for sure!

This is a long overdue rave review. Over the past few years, our family has purchased three wonderful gently -used vehicles from John....and actually a fourth if you count our nephew. The experience has been nothing but easy and pleasant, two words I had never associated with car buying until we met John. John is extremely knowledgeable about all vehicles, but most importantly, he listens to your needs and will find the car/vehicle for you, not the other way around! Other folks mentioned paper work...again, we purchased a car to be driven in another state and John pulled that off without a hitch! There really is no reason to go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle at a very very reasonable price! And now a word about Steve, he is an incredibly smart, funny, skilled , honest, mechanic who charges a fair price for great work? What else is there to say?
